Trial and subscription terms

These terms apply only when you choose the card-required offer in signup and confirm it in Stripe checkout.

One business type costs $50 per month. Two or more business types cost $150 per month total. Material supply, dumpster rental, tool rental, equipment rental, and portable toilet rental are separate business types. Multiple material categories count as one material-supplier type. All participating locations of the same business are included.

Your trial costs $0 and requires a valid card. The three-calendar-month trial end and first payment date are displayed in Stripe checkout before confirmation. When you complete checkout, you authorize Rivvo LLC to charge the displayed monthly amount automatically after the trial and monthly thereafter until canceled. Creating an account or choosing a plan alone does not authorize a charge.

Cancel through Billing before the displayed trial end to avoid the first charge. During a paid billing period, cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period. If you cannot access Billing, email support@rivvonow.com for cancellation assistance. RIVVO will send a reminder before the trial ends.

The trial is available once per eligible business. Editing a profile, changing types, or canceling does not restart it. After starting checkout, contact support to change your registered business types. A higher rate will not be charged without your express agreement.

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable for unused time, except for duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges and refunds or remedies required by applicable law. Contractor accounts remain free. RIVVO does not process payments for materials or rentals between members.

Stripe securely collects and stores card information and processes the authorized charges. RIVVO receives your subscription, payment, and billing identifiers and status, not your full card number or security code. We send Stripe your account reference, business name, email address, selected plan, and renewal consent details to manage this subscription.

Businesses that registered under the earlier no-card trial keep that offer and the original $50 monthly option. They are not automatically enrolled in this offer, charged, or repriced.
